What Happens in EPM DC and Why Should I Join?

Understanding a user’s needs is crucial for delivering successful and relevant SAP products. Customer feedback is key and most valuable when development can still be influenced. One way to engage with customers and gain this feedback is via Design Councils. All parties benefit from being involved: The customers get an exclusive insight into upcoming products and features while being an active part of the development process. SAP learns about the needs and requirements of their customers and receives feedback on products before they are broadly launched. The current solutions under focus for EPM DC are SAP Cloud for Planning and SAP BPC 10.1 NW.

Who are we looking for?

Customers who are involved with Departmental Planning or Enterprise Planning and Analysis such as:

1) Design & support of solution architecture and strategy

2) Forecast, planning, and analysis - Finance, Human Capital Management, Sales, or other operational areas

Prerequisites:

• Customer has documented their top business use cases
• SAP Cloud for Planning:
  • Customer is open to use SAP HANA Cloud, and has planning needs.
  • Customer who has implemented or would like to implement BPC planning and would like to extend departmental/LOB planning on public cloud.
• BPC 10.1 NW:
  • Customer who has implemented or would like to implement BPC planning and would like to have integrated planning  either on-premise or with HANA Enterprise Cloud.

Commitments:

• A signed legal feedback agreement is in place
• Provide key business use cases
• Attend a 1 day onsite workshop (attendees must cover their own travel costs) and a quarterly 1-hour remote webinar
• Provide active feedback
